Buoyancy Level Switch MS10

ABB's MS10 Level Switch is the most rugged and durable liquid buoyancy point-level switch product in the industrial marketplace today. The MS10 is a horizontal mounted buoyancy level switch which has minimal impact to the changes in process fluid specific gravity.

The K-TEK MS10 is a Single-pole, Double-throw Electric Switch Capable of Sensing the Liquid Level inside a Process Vessel. The MS10 Requires No Preventative Maintenance as it is Totally Sealed. It Provides either a Normally Open or Normally Closed Dry Contact to Activate External Devices such as Alarms or Solenoids. Variations in Process Fluid Specific Gravity have Minimal Effect on the Level Measured because of the Small Size of the Integral Float.

Magnetic level gauge MS41

The K-TEK MS41 electric switch is a magnetically actuated double pole double throw switch. When the MS41 is mounted on a KM26, LS Series, or an External Chamber that contains a K-TEK magnetic float, it can sense a high or low level within a vessel.

The unique magnetic coupling action eliminates the need for seals, diaphragm springs, or torque tubes because there is no physical contact with the process. The switch configuration also has no process connections which insures complete isolation from the process. The maintenance free design requires no periodic cleaning or operational checks and contains hermetically sealed contacts that insure high reliability and extended product life.

Magnetic level gauge switch LMS200

(Replacement model for the old MS40/MS40EX model)

The LMS200 electric switch is a magnetically actuated double pole double throw switch. When the LMS200 is mounted on a KM26 magnetic liquid level indicator, LS series cage level switch or an external chamber that contains a magnetic float, it can sense high or low levels within a vessel.

The LMS200 consists of two snap action switches operated by a precision actuation mechanism. The actuation mechanism consists of two cams arranged on a spindle assembly. A rod magnet is internally mounted to a spindle assembly in such a way as to cause the spindle to rotate when a magnetic field of proper orientation passes near the switch. A magnetic KM26 float passing by the LMS200 in either the upward or downward direction will cause the switch to change states. After the float has passed, the switch will remain in its respective state until the float passes the switch going in the opposite direction. The action of the switch is break before make.

The unique magnetic coupling action eliminates the need for seals, diaphragms, springs, or torque tubes. There is no physical contact between the switch and the process. Magnetic coupling also eliminates the necessity of process connections and insures total isolation from the process.

Magnetic level gauge switch LMS100

(Replacement model for the old MS30/MS30EX models)

The LMS100 is a magnetically actuated single pole double throw switch. When the LMS100 is mounted on a KM26 Magnetic liquid level indicator, LS Series Cage Level switch or an external chamber that contains a magnetic float, it can sense high or low point levels within a vessel.

The unique magnetic coupling action eliminates the need for seals, diaphragms, springs, or torque tubes. There is no physical contact between the switch and the process. Magnetic coupling also eliminates the necessity of process connections and insures total isolation from the process.

Magnetic level gauge switch PS45

The PS45 is a point level (on - off) pneumatic switch device used in conjunction with the KM26 Magnetic liquid level indicator, LS Series Cage Level switch or an External Chamber. The unique magnetic coupling action eliminates the need for such things as seals, diaphragms, springs or torque tubes.

Since process connections to the switch are eliminated, the user is insured complete isolation from the process. Valves are not required to block off the switch from the process for maintenance or operational testing. Preventive maintenance functions are greatly reduced since the switch never contacts the process fluid.

Vibrating Fork Level Switch RS85

The resonator utilizes a piezoelectric driven tuning fork that exhibits a large change in resonant frequency when immersed in any liquid. A "smart" microprocessor-based electronic unit keeps the sensor in a resonant state as it changes from dry to wet or wet to dry.

The resonant frequency is continuously monitored for changes created by a wet or dry sensor and an alarm is provided via relay. The RS85 should be used when the application requires optional process connections, exotic materials of construction, coatings, finishes or adjustable time delay and density set point.

LS Series Mechanical Level Switch

ABB's LS Series Mechanical Level Switches are the most rugged and durable liquid point-level detection products in the industrial marketplace today. ABB innovations such as the one-step switch point adjust and the hermetically sealed/dual compartment switching mechanism have eliminated the need for bulky housing covers that are associated with cracking, moisture ingress, high temperature fatigue, and ultimately switch failure. This configuration guide contains general guidelines and ordering data that will assist you in selecting the best float or displacer operated switch for your specific fluid level application. These switches are available in flanged or sealed chambers or as insertion models. ABB has over 100 configurations available.

dV-2 Pressure Switch

The dV-2 PS is a sophisticated digital pressure gauge with two independent pressure switch outputs. The gauge employs KELLER's proven microprocessor technology which produces highly accurate results. All readings are linearized and temperature corrected, to give an accuracy of 0.2 %FS.

There are two independent switches for High and Low control functions. These are solid state and therefore not subject to wear. The switch points are programmed directly from the two front panel buttons and a menu system.

Alternatively, the dV-2 PS can be connected via the RS485 link to a laptop/PC, and configured using KELLER's "Pressure Switch Console" software. User defined configurations can be stored on the computer for future reference. Pressure sequences can also be monitored and recorded on the PC for application diagnostic purposes using KELLER's Read30 software.
